Shipping Information: All products purchased from usgolfsuperstore.com will be shipped by United Parcel Sevice (UPS) in the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska,and Hawaii will be shipped by UPS air. Extra charges may apply. Sorry there is no C.O.D. option for shipping. Due to UPS size and weight restriction there may be an extra charge on oversized packages and those weighing over 55 punds. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, only to a valid street address. We suggest you have your packages shipped to an address where some one will be available to sign for your packages Our UPS will not leave packages that are not signed for. Shipping will be Monday thru Friday. We will drop ship to 3rd party recipients with a valid street address. We may call you to verify that all informatio concering the order is correct. Once your order is processed you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped. We will also include a UPS tracking number so you can track the progress of your package by calling UPS at (1800-742-5877) and giving them your tracking number. You may also track your order on the web by going to UPS.com Web Tracking. Some items may be dropped shipped directly form the Manufacturer and it may take additional time to process these items.

FLAT RATE UPS GROUND SHIPPING: $4.99 ( which can take any where from 3-10 days depending on what part of the U.S. we are shipping to)

2nd DAY UPS AIR SHIPPING: $9.99(should arrive with in 2 business days of the date shipped.) NEXT DAY UPS AIR SHIPPING: $19.99 (next day should arrive the next business day after it is shipped)

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Usgolfsuperstore.com is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason upon its arrival you may return it, as long as it is in new unused condition in the packaging it was shipped to you in. It must have all tags attached, all manuals and papers must be included. For product refund or exchange items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt. No items can be returned without an RA number from us and you must also have a copy of your original sales/packing sheet. No returns will be accepted back by us unless it has our RA(return authorization number) on the ouside of the box. To obtain an RA number contact us by e-mail at: ranumber@usgolfsuperstore.com. Please put your order number, item number, description of the item and why you would like to return it. Once your request has been approved you will be e-mailed the RA number. Print the Ra number boldly on the outside of the box in which the item or items are being returned in and send it back to us. Please enclose a copy of the orginal sale slip/paking slip.(please keep a copy for your records.).

If the return is due to product defect or our misrepresentation of the product your total charges will be refunded. Usgolfsuperstore.com will not be responsible for any returned items damaged or lost in transit. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt back to us before any refund is issued.

If you purchase an item and it is the wrong size and does not fit properly or is the wrong color. We will replace it with the correct size or color if you ship it back to us new and unused in the same packaging it was shiped to you in with all tags, manuals, instructions and etc. Please put written instruction in the returned package for the proper size color, ect. Returns for mis-sizing or wrong color will be at the customers expense for the freight to and from.

If by our mistake the incorrect item has been delivered to you we will pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one to you at no additional freight expense.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Warranty caims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer and whether it is under their repair/replacement policies. Please contact us before you ship a defective item back so we may contact the original manufacturer to get approval that the item is still under their warranty. Each manufacturer has differen warranty coverage on their products and different guidelines for returing product to them. We will do everything possible to assist you with your warranty situation. Return shipping charges for warranty items will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an item in a damage condition, save the shipping carton with the item in it and contact us by e-mail at: service@usgolfsuperstore.com.

Your order may be shipped in multiple cartons and may arrive several days apart. So please check the packing slip to see if there is a back order or if it was shipped in multiple shipments before reporting a shortage to us. Please keep all containers with tracking numbers on them till we verify whether there is a shortage. We must report all claims for shortage to our UPS carrier within 10 days of your receipt of the package.

CANCELATION OF ORDER:

No orders may be canceled or changed for logoed or special order products after we have placed the order with the manafacturer.

ONLINE PRICING POLICY:

We have a Guaranteed low price policy which means we will match any authorized on line retailers prices. We do match pricing if you find a lower price on any products we sell on our site at any other legitimate authorized online retailer. We will match that price not only at the time of purchase but up to 30 days following your purchase from us. We exercise the right to check the site and verify that it is a legitimate authorized dealer, also that the product is indentical and is an in stock item on that site. It must be a legitimate verifiable price.
